Bufalacare
Innovation in the Service of Animal Welfare and Tradition
Born from the meeting of innovation and tradition, Bufala Care is an ambitious project conceived by the students of the 5G Academy, with the support of TIM, Logogramma, and in collaboration with Tenuta Vannulo in Paestum. Its goal is to protect and enhance the welfare of buffaloes through the use of cutting-edge technologies. Thanks to the creation of a digital twin—a virtual replica of each buffalo—the project monitors the animals’ vital and health parameters in real time. Using IoT sensors, cameras, and devices connected via 5G, the data is continuously updated, optimizing milk production, fertility, and overall animal welfare. The web application, designed to interact in natural language, makes data access simple and immediate. Furthermore, operators can contribute their expertise, creating a bridge between traditional knowledge and advanced technologies. Bufala Care is not just a technological project, but an act of love for the land and the animals, guiding Tenuta Vannulo toward a sustainable and digital agri-food future.

The Cumana Line Becomes an Interactive and Safe Experience Thanks to Innovation
Imagine boarding a train that is not just a means of transport, but a journey into innovation. Thanks to the collaboration between the students of the 5G Academy, EAV, and TIM, the Cumana line is transformed into an interactive, safe, and personalized experience for every passenger. Our project introduces a digital system that combines entertainment, accessibility, and advanced safety. Through the Infomobility portal, travelers can explore real-time maps, personalized routes, and immersive 8D audio content. Onboard holographic panels turn the passing landscape into a living narrative, while accessibility is ensured through Braille displays and voice assistance. At the same time, the Safety program protects every journey by monitoring the railway network with intelligent sensors. With SaferTRainment, every trip on the Cumana becomes a unique experience, blending the beauty of technology with respect for the environment and passenger safety.
SmarTrainer
The Digital Revolution in Cognitive Rehabilitation
Digital transformation is bringing a wave of hope to cognitive rehabilitation, and SmarTrainer is at the heart of this revolution. Created by the students of the 5G Academy at Università Federico II di Napoli, in collaboration with Logogramma, SmarTrainer combines technology and creativity to provide tangible support for cognitive therapies, especially for geriatric patients. After a personalized assessment, the system offers targeted exercises to stimulate memory and emotional well-being. A social robot, capable of simulating facial expressions and dialogues, makes every interaction more natural and engaging.Thanks to artificial intelligence, robotics, and gamification, SmarTrainer opens the door to a future where cognitive rehabilitation is not just a therapeutic process, but an exciting journey toward memory and recovery.
